Welcome to Brinkley's Professional Portfolio

About Me
My name is Brinkley Harrison
I'm a Nutrition major with a minor in psychology at Texas State University. I've always been fascinated by the connection between mind, body, and spirit—nutrition, to me, is a tool for healing and empowerment. I'm especially interested in holistic wellness and hope to one day support women through the process of preconception to postpartum recovery, and help others create balance through food, movement, and mindfulness. I'm also passionate about art, nature, and creativity, and I love incorporating these elements into my approach to health. Through this site, I hope to share a glimpse of my work and journey in the field of nutrition.

Experience
As a nutrition student with a passion for holistic wellness, I bring a thoughtful and client-centered approach to every experience I take on. My background combines nutrition and psychology, enabling me to view the comprehensive picture of health—mind, body, and spirit. I'm especially drawn to the connection between food and mental well-being, and I strive to support others in finding balance through simple, sustainable habits. Whether I'm creating educational materials, helping clients, or volunteering in the community, I lead with compassion, curiosity, and a desire to make wellness accessible to all.
